Return to Radiance — Self-Forgiveness & Compassion

A somatic workshop for softening pressure, unwinding tension, and inner steadiness

Step into this reflective space to soften self-pressure and meet yourself with more kindness.

Most of us carry subtle patterns of pushing, correcting, or expecting more from ourselves than we would from anyone else. Over time, that can create tension in both body and mind.

In this session, you’ll begin to notice that and gently soften it, allowing your system to slow down, settle, and let go.

What to Expect

This is a guided, paced experience that includes:

  • gentle somatic movement

  • breathwork and guided awareness

  • journaling or reflection prompts

  • a short break

  • optional sharing and connection

You’ll move, pause, reflect, and integrate throughout.

You’ll Be Invited To

  • notice where you tend to push, judge, or hold yourself tightly

  • explore what it feels like to soften — even slightly

  • allow breath and movement to be supportive, not corrective

  • experience moments of ease, steadiness, or quiet

This is not about fixing yourself or forcing change.


It’s about paying attention — and allowing a different relationship with yourself to begin to take shape.

You may leave feeling more settled, less pressured, and with a greater sense of ease in your body and mind.
