A brief conversation to explore what kind of support might feel most helpful right now — whether that’s rest, nervous system support, creative momentum, or simply a clearer direction forward.
15 minutes · free · no obligation
You might be navigating something specific — restless sleep, stress, grief, or a transition.
Or you may simply feel ready for more clarity, creative momentum, or a steadier direction forward.
Many people find themselves somewhere in between. This conversation is a simple place to begin.
You don’t need to know exactly what you need yet. Part of our time is figuring that out together.
By the end of our 15 minutes, you’ll have:
• A clearer sense of what you’re needing
• Insight into whether private sessions, a group program, or a workshop might be most supportive
• A grounded next step — even if that step is simply “not right now”
Sometimes clarity itself is regulating.
Some people find that a workshop or short series is the right place to begin — a focused space to explore rest, regulation, or creative renewal alongside others.
Others feel most supported in a small group program, where the practices deepen over time and the shared experience creates momentum and support.
For those wanting more individualized attention or deeper exploration, private yoga therapy sessions offer focused support around nervous system regulation, steadiness, and longer-standing patterns.
Together we simply explore whether a more therapeutic path, a more expressive path, or a blend of both feels most aligned.
• A short, focused, human conversation
• A place to slow down
• A space to explore direction without pressure
• Not therapy
• Not an intake session
• Not a sales pitch
• Not a commitment
It’s simply a short conversation to help you orient yourself and see what direction might feel supportive.

Radiant, Rooted, & Expressive is a free monthly community gathering designed to help you reconnect — to your body, your voice, and one another.
Together we explore breath, reflection, self-study, and movement guided by inner awareness, woven into a steady, welcoming space for shared connection.
You don’t need experience with yoga or creative work to join. You only need curiosity and a willingness to show up as you are.
You’re invited to participate actively, quietly observe, or simply rest.
Come as you are. Leave a little more rooted. A little more radiant. A little more expressive.
Free. Once a month. All are welcome.

Step into this reflective space to soften self-pressure and meet yourself with more kindness.
Most of us carry subtle patterns of pushing, correcting, or expecting more from ourselves than we would from anyone else. Over time, that can create tension in both body and mind.
In this session, you’ll begin to notice that and gently soften it, allowing your system to slow down, settle, and let go.
This is a guided, paced experience that includes:
gentle somatic movement
breathwork and guided awareness
journaling or reflection prompts
a short break
optional sharing and connection
You’ll move, pause, reflect, and integrate throughout.
notice where you tend to push, judge, or hold yourself tightly
explore what it feels like to soften — even slightly
allow breath and movement to be supportive, not corrective
experience moments of ease, steadiness, or quiet
This is not about fixing yourself or forcing change.
It’s about paying attention — and allowing a different relationship with yourself to begin to take shape.
You may leave feeling more settled, less pressured, and with a greater sense of ease in your body and mind.
Mood: reflective, hopeful
Intensity: very gentle, soft
Accessibility: beginner-friendly
Props: chair or mat, bolster (optional), blanket (optional)
Bring: small candle (optional), journal
Aftercare: warm tea, self-hugs, early to bed
Notes: All practices are an invitation, not a requirement. Listen to your body. Cameras optional after introduction.

Step into this reflective space to reconnect with yourself and begin moving from a place that feels more steady and true.
Many of us have learned to give our energy away, override what we feel, or stay disconnected from what actually matters to us. Over time, that can leave us feeling scattered, drained, or unsure of ourselves.
In this session, you’ll begin to notice that and explore a more grounded, sustainable way of being.
This is a guided, paced experience that includes:
gentle and exploratory somatic movement (not continuous)
breath and awareness practices
journaling or reflection prompts
a short break
optional sharing and connection
You’ll move, pause, reflect, and integrate throughout.
notice where your energy feels supported, and where it tends to drain or scatter
explore holding your energy in a way that feels steady and sustainable
reconnect with yourself and what feels meaningful or important to you
experience moments of connection that feel natural, not effortful
allow a sense of curiosity, openness, or creativity to begin to emerge
This is not about pushing yourself to express more or become someone new.
It’s about learning to stay with yourself, move from a place that feels true, and allow what’s already there to unfold in its own time.
You may leave with a clearer sense of where your energy goes, a deeper connection to yourself, and more trust in how you move, choose, and relate.
Mood: reflective, grounded, quietly energizing
Intensity: gentle, self-paced
Accessibility: beginner-friendly
Props: chair or mat, bolster (optional), blanket (optional)
Bring: journal
Aftercare: quiet time, light movement, rest as needed
Notes: All practices are an invitation, not a requirement. Listen to your body. Cameras optional after introduction.

This workshop explores the places you hold tension and inhibit expression — and what happens when those patterns begin to move.
Most of us have learned to stay a little contained in our bodies, our movement, and how we express ourselves.
In this session, you’ll start to notice that and gently shift it.
This is a guided, paced experience that includes:
gentle somatic movement
guided awareness and moments of stillness
journaling or sketching prompts
a short break
optional sharing and connection
You’ll move, pause, reflect, and integrate throughout.
notice where your body tends to stay controlled or contained
explore what happens when movement is a little less managed
follow sensation and rhythm, rather than trying to get it “right”
experience moments where movement feels more natural, fluid, or expressive
This is not about fixing tension or doing anything correctly.
It’s about paying attention — and allowing your body to move in ways it may not usually get to.
You may leave feeling more aware of how you hold yourself, and with a sense of how easily that can begin to shift.

This workshop explores what happens when you stop editing yourself.
Most of us have learned to shape how we show up — in subtle ways that keep things smooth, appropriate, or under control. Over time, that can create distance from your own natural expression.
In this session, you’ll begin to loosen that.
This is a structured, supported experience that includes:
guided and free-form movement
breath and awareness practices
journaling or creative reflection
a short break
optional sharing and community connection
fun!
You’ll move, pause, reflect, and integrate throughout.
notice where you tend to edit or hold yourself back
explore taking up a little more space in your movement and presence
move without constantly correcting or refining
let expression come through in a way that feels more direct and natural
Everything is optional and paced with care.
This isn’t about pushing past your limits or becoming someone new.
It’s about allowing parts of you that are already there — but often held in — to come through a little more freely.
You may leave with a stronger sense of your own expression, and a bit more comfort being exactly as you are.

Energy: Deep Restoration · Settling · Integration
This session centers on Yoga Nidra — often called yogic sleep — a guided practice of conscious rest that allows the body and mind to settle into deep relaxation.
The practice is done lying down, fully supported. You’re welcome to practice in bed if that feels most supportive, allowing the session to gently carry you into sleep.
While similar in form to the workshop, this ongoing practice is designed to be simple and repeatable. You can attend regularly or drop in as needed, using the practice as a way to support sleep, recovery, and the integration of daily life or other work.
Research suggests Yoga Nidra can support sleep and reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety.
You may experience:
• Gentle settling to prepare the body for rest
• Guided Yoga Nidra practiced lying down
• Body awareness and imagery to support deep relaxation
• Periods of stillness and quiet attention
• Time to reorient before returning
The session is held at a steady, unhurried pace, emphasizing rest as a form of support.
Live attendance is encouraged, with recordings available to revisit the practice as needed.
