
This workshop explores what happens when you stop editing yourself.
Most of us have learned to shape how we show up — in subtle ways that keep things smooth, appropriate, or under control. Over time, that can create distance from your own natural expression.
In this session, you’ll begin to loosen that.
This is a structured, supported experience that includes:
guided and free-form movement
breath and awareness practices
journaling or creative reflection
a short break
optional sharing and community connection
fun!
You’ll move, pause, reflect, and integrate throughout.

explore taking up a little more space in your movement and presence
move without constantly correcting or refining
let expression come through in a way that feels more direct and natural
Everything is optional and paced with care.
This isn’t about pushing past your limits or becoming someone new.
It’s about allowing parts of you that are already there — but often held in — to come through a little more freely.
You may leave with a stronger sense of your own expression, and a bit more comfort being exactly as you are.
